Purchased BOSCH Washer & Dryer
I went to Caplans looking to replace my finicky top loading washer & dryer with more efficient front loading ones.
The salesman was pleasant, and showed me a pair out of their scratch & dent area. I got an amazing price on 2 great units, which a couple of years later I am still in love with.
My only complaint: when they installed them the delivery people didn't switch the door on the dryer and it swings the wrong way. It tried to get a response from Caplans but didn't get my calls returned.
Also, when I tried to buy a dishwasher from them last year I called them to see what they had - stating I was a repeat customer - and they seem quite indifferent to my phone call & gave me no information (even though I told them I live across town and wanted to make sure a trip in would be worth my while) so I ended up buying it elsewhere.
