Alex Sachyk was our contact person. He came to the house, prepared with samples, and was very pleasant. The installer did a great job, ripping out layers of "handiwork" by prior homeowners to make a new opening to ensure our door and casing fit well. We now have a beautiful modern door that keeps cold air out! And the price was definitely right.
