I have been researching a/c for a couple of years now. I had seen the display by CHRD in the Galleria mall many a time. I took a pamphlet and when it came time to research the different companies, Alex was the first to call and arrange a time to talk a/c. We agreed on a price and a schedule for installation. Needless to say, the schedule was moved back but Alex was there on one of the hottest days with a new portable unit to tide me over until the install. The gentlemen who did the installation were professional and clean and it was done in a day. I recently had water leaking in from the inside unit and Alex came by the next day to resolve the issue.
