Now I am looking forward to a hot summer, and the cooling my ductless air-conditioning unit will provide, secure in the the knowledge that its performance is backed up by a dependable company. Very disappointed after the installation. I had been assured by Alex that I did not have to pay the balance of my contract price until January 2017. Upon contacting Alex early January to pay the balance of the contract price, I was shocked to learn that my contract had been assigned to a third party, information with respect thereto I was never provided with. Upon contacting this third party I learned that the balance was actually payable in December 2016 and accordingly, interest was now accruing thereon. I have referred the matter to Consumer Protection who are presently investigating the matter, but I am now being harassed and my credit standing threatened by this third party. Lesson to be learned, don't believe everything Alex tells you.

It is once again my pleasure to thank Alec and his crew for a job well done, with the timely and efficient installation of a ductless air-conditioning system in my home which compliments the efficiency boiler which Alex and his team installed in my home 4 years ago. The installers were courteous, diligent in promptly completing the work, and respectful of my home. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Canada's Home Renovations Depot to anyone needing furnace or air-conditioning installation in their home.
