Flavio was the first to respond when I was getting quotes, and from that moment on he proved his dedication to customer service. We had some delays that he was able to work-around as well as some very tight deadlines to prep for the other trades, Flav never dropped the ball.His workmanship shows a pride and the vision of a true craftsman. If he was not happy, he re-worked or re-did sections, always with an eye to the job after the drywall was up. Thanks Flav, we will have you back when it is time for the main bathroom...
