Cambridge Heating and Cooling

I've had a problem with my Furnace which was put in way back in 2012, although we always get the Furnace service done every year this year we failed to do because we were on vacations. The night we got back home the furnace stopped giving heat somewhere around 9 PM, we called Cambridge heating for Furnace repair since they had done services for us although the tech was not doing job after 9 PM, considering it was an emergency Cambridge staff promptly arranged a tech which came at my house at 10:30 PM, although the tech charged me additional for emergency call that’s okay, the tech was skilled, courteous and did the job when no one else did. I recommend Cambridge Heat & Cooling to all especially when it’s about repair an emergency.

Your installer was very neat, explained what they did and was very professional after this installation we felt went above & beyond what we expected. I had a number of companies come in a quote for a new furnace install Kevin showed up and took the time and explained what needed to happened .We had to cut threw drywall to expose old PVC black pipes and install New White ones he also send over a great 3 man crew that removed the old furnace and left for a period of time so I could install tiles in the old furnace spot that worked out great. the installers showed up later that day and did a fantastic and very clean job they were amazing and very polite. I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin and crew and to Cambridge for a wonderful experience.

From inside the house there is a loud buzzing noise heard when AC was running. A knowledgeable technician came to the house and was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it. No more noise. Great Job!

We had a scheduled appointment Saturday and there was a bit of a confusion regarding scheduling, but in the end the AC was up and running. The company made an effort to call and apologize and explain what had happened. We are happy with the AC and service provided.

Last night my air conditioner broke down I found couple of companies on home stars when I call them they were charging me $100 just to come and find out what the problem really is. I myself have worked in HVAC industry so I also know a couple of things about A\C so I explained them everything on the phone to their support guy and I really appreciate the tech that he came with the same tools to fix that problem & he charged me very reasonable prices

Today was a service call...but in 2011, I interviewed and had quotes for a new furnace from 6 different companies...while not the least expensive, their overall presentation impressed me the most. My wife has been after me for a year now to get our kitchen renovated and I was running out of good options to find till a friend recommended me this place. It was a bit over my budget but worth it.
