Cambridge Heating and Cooling

I just would like to thanks to Cambridge Heating & Cooling for the quick response and would like to pay special thanks to Adrian who scheduled a quick appointment I have also been informed from TECH it was due to the pressure switch which got stuck & he fixed it right on the spot. Thank you so much for help in such bad weather.

When I decided to convert from an electric Furnace to gas I quickly found that picking a reliable contractor was a daunting experience. I did what most people do. I called several contractors that I found on-line and asked them to quote the work.

I couldn't believe the wide array of prices that I got for supposedly doing the same work. Some quoted me without coming to the house. Even I
knew that wasn't a good practice.

I just wasn't getting a good feeling about the people who I was about to allow to rip out my entire heating system and replace it with natural gas. That is until I happened upon Cambridge HVAC Contractors and Kevin Regelous.

Kevin came to my home and did a complete analysis of my requirements. He explained how he would insure that the work was done properly and to specification. He would personally choose a contractor who met his standards. No cutting corners. No subpar materials. No extra charges. I knew immediately that I could trust this guy.
Even though his price wasn't the absolute lowest of the various bids he wasn't the highest either. In fact he bid the job within my budget and offered some value added services like leveling my old air condition unit outside and a one year service contract to boot. None of the other contractors even suggested doing that.

The work was completed without any hassle and there weren’t any additional hidden costs. Kevin was available anytime I had questions and he followed up after the installation to insure that it met his standards. The installers that Tim selected to actually do the work spoke very highly of him and they seemed to know that he would critique their work when it was over so they made sure everything was up to snuff.

I wish there was a website like Cambridge HVAC Contractors for other services. I would certainly be a customer with them for each & everything.

I'm a licensed community association manager and have used Cambridge for multiple homeowner associations for over a decade. I'm very satisfied with their work as they take customer service very seriously and make sure their customers receive the best service and products for a fair price. I have witnessed multiple situations where Cambridge saved homeowners thousands of dollars by making sure manufacturer live up to their warranty replacement obligations. Their employees are also all very courteous and there to help you as quickly as possible.

We found our furnace stopped working we then called Cambridge Heating & Cooling and spoke with Aaron he arranged Mark to do diagnose after this he confirmed that Heat Exchanger is cracked so have to replace this Heat Exchanger I had no money to replace complete system anyhow he arranged Lennox Heat Exchanger at very low price and installed for us we are very thankful to Mark for such a wonderful installation and taking care of old citizen.

Great service and was on time. I was impressed with this company’s state of the art digital equipment. They diagnosis the problem it was a capacitor went bad fix the unit it works great. Will highly recommend to other people.

Super job got my furnace up and running fast. The best part thought was that Mark Lewis the tech told me that my furnace was in good shape for a 16 year old unit, while 2 other companies (who were also recommended by Home Advisers) told me that I had to replace my furnace; one of which said that he will not make any repair because there was far too many problems and the unit was too old.. Too many un-profesional in this field. Will be using and recommending to all my friends Cambridge Heating & Cooling!!!

Sunday night my furnace got broke down and I had no heat in my house, so I tried to reach my heating company who installed furnace at my place, he were not available to come at my house as I didn’t had warranty on my system, so I went online found a company by the name of Cambridge that was too near my house and it was written to 24/7 services so contacted them and their technician came at my house after half an hour, he checked mu system and found out that the heat exchanger has been broken he recommended me to replace the system as it would be expensive to replace the part but he said it is up to you should I repair it or replace he also gave me prices for a new System, I got the prices and it looked a bit good for me, so I told him that I would let him know by morning at 9 o’clock I called him and told that I have decided to replace my system I asked him when can you do it, he mentioned it can be done by today, as the furnace is available he just needs to check for the material so in half an hour he contact me back and told that he can make it by today and they would be coming by noon at my place the system, the installer was very good person he had an assistant as well they were not in rush to do the job he were very calmly doing their work and finished the job in about 4 hours & now furnace is working fine and I have gotten good services from them, and I would recommend every one as there would good service and fast too.

We got quick quotes from this company as compare to others, then decided to go with it, staff was very courteous and hardworking, got the job done in about one day and pretty satisfied.

One winter morning I woke up and smelled carbon mono oxide in my house my furnace was 25 years old so I shut my furnace down & started calling HVAC companies and got a lot of quotes to replace it but they were taking a week to do the installation than Cambridge gave me the quotes it wasn’t the cheapest quotes but they were the only one who agreed to do the installation in one day and in the same afternoon there installation team came at my house and they did a very good job which was beyond my expectation. I will surely recommend these guys to others.
