Cambridge Heating and Cooling

I had Cambridge's Vaughan branch install a new central air unit in April 2013. Worst decision I've ever made. It worked fine last summer. I tried to use it last May and it wouldn't cool because the coolant had leaked out. Because the one year parts and labour warranty period had passed (by a month) they made me pay for a service call. The guy came out and put more coolant in but didn't fix the leak, so by August we lost our coolant again.The head office said I'd have to go through the Vaughan office and pay for another service call. The Vaughan office never returned calls and even the head office had trouble getting hold of them. I tried for 5 days to get them, but gave up when I had to go on vacation. I tried again after Labour Day and finally head office got Vaughan to schedule a service appointment for Thursday between 5 and 8 pm.At 2pm Thursday the service guy calls me and tell me he can't make in until the following Tuesday. Never heard from him again. Head office finally got someone to come out for the 5pm appointment, but it cost me $250 +HST to have the leak fixed (assuming it IS fixed, which I won't know until next spring).
These people did a shoddy job on the installation, a shoddy job on the first repair and don't stand behind their work because it IS so shoddy. I would never use Cambridge again or recommend them to anyone else.
