New Furnace and Air Conditioner
The installation went OK but they ran the wire for the thermostat on the outside of the wall and it took numerous calls to get them to come back and even look at it and then they covered it with a plastic cover. That was in Apr. 2012 and I have a 10 year warranty. This week March 2014 the furnace is making a unusual noise and I called Cambridge only to be told next week someone could look at it and they would call back with a date later that day, no call. I called back and was told later in the evening again no call. I did receive a call from Kurin the customer service rep.
