CR Martin Heating Ltd-No Longer in Business

Very nice people to work with. from initial consultation to final product. We received several quotes from different companies and their price was very competitive with the rest. Installation went smooth and now my utility bills have reduced about 40%. I was quoted $100K for geothermal heating from another company but CR Martin said another more affordable option would be going with 2 heat pumps with a controller. I glad I went this route as install was easier without having to dig deep holes into my yard, with yet a comparable reduction in utility savings.

I do not do this very often as I believe that a company should ALWAYS provide good service when taking your money, but Cr Martin took it to the next level. From the etimate, to the installation ( Carrier system ), and then to the follow up call they have been first class. They were competative in pricing compared to the othe 3 quotes I got. Dean the estimator was very informative and didnt push us at all. The install crew led by Sean were on time, polite, clean, and very patient with my dumb questions. All in all I would strongely suggest anyone looking for a new heating system contact this company.

I'm writing this to thank Steve Jollimore for the exceptional
service that he provided to my wife Lisa and I received from him when CR Martin installed our heat pump last year.

We moved into our new home in March 2010 and discovered that the developer of our subdivision would not install a heat pump. CR Martin was recommended to us along with a few other companies.

In the process to determine whether a heat pump would be appropriate for our situation, we were met with differing opinions, lack of professionalism, mis-information and more.

However, there was one exception and that was when we met with Steve
Jollimore from CR Martin Heating. Steve was the first person to call us back and also the first to do a site visit. His information was consistent, to the point and delivered in a polite and professional manner. He was the only person to have specific knowledge about what the Township of Langley guidelines were for heatpumps. He was also very well versed in what would need to take place for our situation which involved a basement suite and our living quarters above.

All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and any confusion with conflicting opinions were taken care of. Steve is an excellent communicator and put our minds at ease!

In terms of the installation itself, it went very smoothly as scheduled and there was also a reminder call from the CR Martin receptionist to let us know of the upcoming appointment.

Steve followed up with us afterward and made sure that we were completely satisfied. When there was a slight issue with air leakage around the furnace that I called to ask him about. He actually came by and addressed it himself even though it didn't have anything to do with the heat pump.

All in all we were thoroughly impressed with CR Martin and the service that Steve provided. I wouldn't hesitate one bit in recommending Steve Jollimore and CR Martin when it comes to their heat pump services. They're an excellent local company the we would highly recommend!

CR Martin came to my house late last year to install a furnace in my home.
They were extremely professional and quick about their work. They cleaned up all of their mess, and the piping they did was very nicely finished. I am very happy with this company and have recommended it to all of my friends. Thank you CR Martin, and may you have many more years to impress your customers as you have me.

In a world so used to 'mediocre service', I felt compelled to phone and advise what a 'terrific job' CR Martin did. 'They were pleasant and helpful.
