After 23 yrs it was time to make a change in the heating & air conditioning of our home. We did some research and determined that TRANE Equipment was rated superior to other brands. I had called Rick Lawson for a quote and set an appointment. Rick went through the complete description of his offering answering questions of which I often had the answer to. He was very professional in his dealings with us. Upon our agreement to move forward he arranged with his service department to do a site visit to our home to ensure his description of the work was in agreement with that of the service department - a good idea eliminating surprises later on!!!
Installation day #1 brought in John and Bob who arrived and rolled out the "green" floor mat from side door to basement. No tracking in dirt from these fellows. Both installers worked tremendously well with Bob doing most of the outdoor work (sorry Bob!) while John tackled the rest. Day #2 brought in Spence - what a treat with that Newfoundland accent - brought back a bit of the maritimes in me.
The guys finished up and cleaned up every bit of wire, metal, pipe and what not and carried it out to the truck.
After the installation of everything was complete, John spent some time with me going over the paperwork and ensuring that we got the information we needed for the various rebates.
Not noticing until a day or so after the installation, but our doorbell wasn't working any more. I mentioned to Rick after a follow up meeting from the installation, and the office called me to have it immediately looked after - it was nothing more than a wire whose connector had come off during the installation of the insulated ERV piping.
Bottom line here is I believe Button's understands customer service and that satisfied customers are the true testimony of a business that has been in business since 1977.
