Kris, Kyle, and Devon were both friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, rolled out a carpet to protect mine during their comings and goings, and they cleaned up nicely. Kris explained everything both during the process and afterward. Absolutely top marks for the whole team. I recommend them highly. BTW The staff who book appointments are a pleasure to deal with: they're always friendly and responsive; e.g., they called the day before the work to confirm/remind. Much appreciated! Follow-up: When a few weeks later I had a question about the sound of the furnace as heard outside, the repairman (Brad, I believe) was very understanding and informative as he explained the differences to be expected with a newer, higher-efficiency furnace. I felt very well supported.

This was first time using this company. I am so thankful for choosing them. When I called Penny answered the phone and she was so lovely that I got a great vibe from her. Spoke to Jenna day before and again friendly phone manners. Andrew phoned prior to showing up as asked and was here on time. OMGosh he was so very pleasant helpful I learned so much more about my heating system as he explained in detail. He walked me through good and bad but in the end he stayed extra half hour as something was not right but figured it out. He was fantastic patient and good humour. He wasn't rushing in and out. I will be using this company in future and hopefully he will be around for years and or I get him next year. He also added he worked for the best company ever it was a very close family environment. We have used Button's for many services over the years (A/C maintenance, heating maintenance, hot water heater repair and maintenance) and have always been happy with their service. Most recently, they fixed a leaking natural gas line to our barbeque, and returned to help us solve the mystery of reduced gas flow (spiders!). As always, Button's was responsive, professional and great to deal with, from Penny and Jenn in the office to technicians Brendan and Andrew. Thanks Buttons!

This was the annual cleaning service to maintain the warranty of the Daikin machines.
The servicemen were on time, efficient and very pleasant to deal with, as usual.

The Technician arrived promptly with in the allocated window of time to undertake the annual A/C and Heating service. He completed the service expeditiously and left the area as he found it, clean and tidy. The Technician was friendly and courteous.

Tom is my hero! I can see the staff teasing him now, but I was frantic with a really odd smell in my house. It got stronger and stronger and a few maintenance guys did try to pinpoint it but without any luck, and I decided to call Buttons as a last attempt to figure it out, otherwise Environmental Assessment was my next step.

He was very professional, and was trying to determine different options. What can I say, he's a genius !
