Gary was our service technician today. He called before his arrival and arrived promptly on time wearing appropriate PPE and socially distancing at all times. My husband, the eternal learner, shadowed him throughout his work and Gary was very professional, patient, and pleasant to speak with, answering all questions knowledgeably. I myself was very impressed not only with his thorough service but for being very mindful of our young kids who were constantly being drawn to this new activity in their house.

All in all, Gary is an excellent representative for Button's Heating and Air Conditioning. Definitely recommended. Thank you Gary for your service.
