This is the third time we have used Brothers Plumbing. Our second floor bathroom suddenly had a serious leak from underneath our bathtub. The water went through the floor and down to our first floor. It happened on a Saturday and Brothers Plumbing was able to send emergency services within 90 minutes. The plumber, David was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly. He was so good that we asked him to fix a faucet problem for us and he did so professionally and promptly. He also answered many plumbing related questions with utmost patience. Thank you David, you are a life saver! We highly recommend Brothers Plumbing.

The initial assessment was frustrating and cost $400. The plumber walked into the house without putting on booties. He arrived hours after we had agreed and without even looking in our basement, provided verbal a quote of $15,000 and potentially more. I phoned around for comparison quotes and called Brothers for a written quote. They responded at 8 hours later and declined to provide a written quote. We have selected another firm which was highly responsive and professional and in whom we feel much more trust and comfort. It is unfortunate as I had used Brothers for a small job which is why I called them first. For that job I was satisfied although it was expensive.

We moved into an old house and had immediate plumbing issues. Our pipes connecting the water service were old clay ones.. .and a tree root had clogged one. This flooded our basement. It was an emergency situation with a new baby in the house. The Brothers Plumbing team was speedy, knowledgeable and courteous. They always left their work site clean and tidy after every day of work and helped us decide what was worth fixing now vs later. We will definitely use them when we upgrade the rest of our plumbing. They won't be the cheapest plumbing team you can find but you know you will get great service that will last!

I've found dealing with this company pleasant and uncomplicated. The man with whom I booked the appointment was courteous and helpful, as was Patrick who did the actual work. He did the installation quickly and efficiently, improvising a good solution to a problem with the weight that came with the faucet. He also spotted a problem with the slope of the drainage pipe that we had not noticed and fixed it at no extra charge. Many thanks Patrick. This company's services are not cheap, but I think the old cliche applies, namely 'you get what you pay for'.

Called Tony at 5:00 a.m. on a weekend. He arrived at 8:00 a.m. Very speedy!

Tony cleared the sewer line blockage on my property and then suggested that I call the city to clear out blockages further out. Everything ended happily and quickly!

I just wanted to give a shout out to this great company. I originally called as the main sewer drain was plugged and needed to be snaked. After a video inspection it was determined tree roots were causing the problem. As most of the drain was PVC and the balance clay, I decided to have the entire section up to and past the property line switched over to PVC. Tony recommended I put in a backflow valve as I would be able to get a rebate from the city. Great idea. Two gentlemen came the following day and had the work completed. A city inspector arrived to confirm the work was completed and the same two gentlemen filled in the hole and even put the patch of grass back on top. My drain got plugged on thanks giving I called so many companys nobody responded to me I call Brothere’s David quickly responded to my call he arrived in 30 to 40 mints he came snake the drain to got all clear I was really happy with the service really clean & professional & explains everything he was doing I’m really glad Of the work .

This was my first time using this company, very fast and fixed the problem quickly, I had a flooded basement and had another company come in and look at it, they were not able to do a good job, i called Brothers Plumbing that was recomended to me by one of my buddys, i had David come over, he did a great job, very professional and helpful.

We have used Brothers consistently over the years for our plumbing needs and issues, and so when we moved to a new condo from our house and discovered malfunctioning faucets and drain in the master bath, it was an automatic call to Brothers. Honest, punctual and detail oriented service. Called on Wednesday got the technician in on Thursday to assess and the job was completed by the same evening as they had to supply a better part they have discovered during the repair process. Happy with the speedy service. Would definitely refer to friedns and families.
