POOR. Very Poor. Very poor service! They basically said whatever they could to get us to take an item we had doubts about and assured us many times over that we could return it if we found it unsuitable. After delivery we told them it was unsuitable and they immediately refused to honour the representation and would not refund despite their many assurances that we could return the item if we found it unsuitable. They ranted and yelled at us.
Owner offered resolution as outlined.

We are sorry this customer is so unhappy. The furniture was only ordered after numerous visits to the store and undue deliberation by the customer without any sales pressure whatsoever. We delivered exactly what was ordered as written on the invoice. The customer signed the invoice on delivery and paid for the product, which indicates they were satisfied. After several days of use they decided they wanted to return it. It is not our store's policy to take furniture back under these circumstances. In order to rectify this problem I have told the customer they can exchange the bed for something else I have in stock.
