Worst Service

Worst service ever. I ordered a fridge 3 months ago and they still haven’t delivered it. I call them almost every two weeks and they keep telling me it’s back ordered. I don’t understand why they would sell an appliance they have trouble getting. Today, I spoke to the manager and she said she can’t do anything and wants me to wait. Worst customer service! Sale person Raji - she will never return your call. She is interested in only on her sales and her commissions. Manager keeps telling me Raji will call me back. And so far she never called. I regret going to this Brick.

NEVER CHOOSE THE BRICK

All my furniture was purchased from The Brick several years ago, and i recently changed my fridge. I can tell you that this will be the last time I will EVER purchase ANYTHING from The Brick. Everything is absolutely awful, it's really disappointing! Don't waste your time and go there. WE went into the store October 26th and ordered a Kitchen Aid fridge and we were told that it would be delivered November 10. We found the exact same fridge at Sears for a cheaper price but the delivery date was December 4th, and we didn't want to wait that long so we purchased it from The Brick and matched the prices. Around November 12 we got a phone call saying that we will get it delivered November 17, and we still didn't get it delivered. After several phone calls and days of waiting, they finally said that they will deliver it on December 4th. This time they came and we didn't hear the door(i'm aware that this is our problem) but when we called after an hour or so they said that they couldn't deliver it and we needed to reschedule. We had to wait till December 9 to get it delivered. They said that the delivery would be from 1:30-4:30 pm. They called around 4 saying that they would deliver it with the hour. They came at 5:00 (not between the time they said they would come) and the workers were very rude, it wasn't acceptable. We asked if they could bring our old fridge to the garage, but they refused and said that we needed to remove the doors and disconnect the water pump. He then said that we would either reschedule the appointment or they would put the fridge anywhere else and we would have to move it later on. Never have I ever seen anyone this rude and impatient ever before. We ended up moving our old fridge alone without their help, and they put the new fridge in the right place. They continuously complained while they were working about how heavy the fridge was (NOT OUR FAULT), and were impatient and just wanted to get it over with. I know they were running late and they were tired but again that's not my fault. Absolutely unacceptable, never ever buying anything from The Brick again.

mattress set

Made a purchase last week in the Brandon Manitoba location for a new mattress set and the associate told us it was in stock and was going to be ready for pick up Monday after 5 pm I asked her more then once to confirm the date and she did. Well I got my room all ready including selling my old bed. So I called the brick to make sure it was there and I got told it wasn't supposed to be in till Thursday! Not only am I left bedless sleeping on the couch till Thursday (if it even comes in) I also received VERU rude "customer service" from both the supervisor and owner of the store; the only thing we received from them was attitude and foal language... not even an apologize for the incontinence and confusion. Never again will I buy a product from them.

New Living Room furniture

Ordered 5 pieces. After one month, I have 2. And no specific dates for when the rest will come. And no opportunity for full refund. Brutal. I will not shop there again.

The Brick - Dinning Table with chairs

My husband and I purchased a dining room set in store 2 weeks ago. After receiving the set, I noticed that the foam seat is defective and has taken the shape of our weight after sitting on it less than a handful of times. Very poor quality materials, WORST return policy and HORRIBLE customer service.
1. I called the furniture customer care line and was told a manager would get back to me. I have to heard from anyone.
2. I was messaging your support in Facebook and now it seems they have blocked me and wont receive IM messages from me.
3. I wrote a post to share my unbelievably horrible experience on the website, which was taken down
4. I have already cancelled the microwave I had ordered due to the lack of customer care service and the defect products being sold.

The first paragraph on their site reads, " we pride ourselves on having great customer service to support our incredible products" I have yet to see this happen across any of the channels I am using to get a resolution.

Mattress

By far the worst retail experience I have had. We purchased a mattress and were told it would arrive in 2 weeks. The systems crashed not once but twice, which meant that we had to wait even longer. They told us that they would credit us $50 for the inconvenience and turned around and increased our bill by $80. We are still fighting this issue 1 month later. They billed us for the mattress the day we purchased it yet took 1 month to deliver. They informed us this was the way it goes. Our sales agent kept trying her best, but it seemed that they policies were not in her favour.
Will never shop there again.

Fridge

I purchased a fridge on Oct 17, 2015 from United Blvd store in Coquitlam BC. I requested the old fridge taken away, they said they could do so. It's scheduled to deliver on wed and I would get a call on tue to confirm the time. On tue, I waited till 6pm and there was still no call and I had to call the Brick myself. The receptionist was very rude and told me their system was down, no delivery until it's up again. So I waited 2 days and no one contacted me, I called again on thur at 6pm and the receptionist told me anything scheduled on wed have been delivered that day, all customers were contacted. She then scheduled delivery date and time on sat for me. They delivered but refused to take the old fridge. I requested it. If I have to deal with the old fridge anyway, I should have bought the fridge from Costco, it would be cheaper . Very bad service and no follow up. Don't ever buy from the Brick.

furnitures

Said the delivery will arrives at 930 am but never did and had to call to find out but refused to tell us when it come at a certain time and kept saying waiting for the driver to respond which is BS as the address is correct almost as if they are playing with us on their term when the info they gave us are incorrect. Other delivery company keep us up to date by the minutes not the Brick. Worst service ever.

Sectional

I ordered a sectional from the brick. It was supposed to come in within two months. It didn't. it took over three months . The promise date kept getting changed on their end and did not inform me. I had to call them! Most Mickey mouse business i have seen. Best part Is i called and complained about the service all they they did was a say sorry but not actually mean it. It was like talking to a brick wall. Will never go back.

Refrigerator purchase

Worst customer service EVER - bought a fridge and it was put in the kitchen - that was it - delivered with no set up or level check. We received this set up service previously with another company so were thinking a big company like the brick would do this as well. First and LAST Brick purchase!!
