Front of house addition and repair of existing front, partial kitchen renovation
Work was always done on time at a very high standard of quality. Being the owner of an old home many things requiring repair were found during constuction. When problems were found Laura and Bill were always very innovative in finding multiple solutions that would suit our tastes and budget.
Laura and Bill were always available whenever we had questions or concerns and were extremely vigilant in keeping us up to date on all work being done while we were not at home.
Overall, the quality of the work was outstanding and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

Thanks for your comments. The fact that we encountered water infiltration issues from both the roof system and foundation system did present a challenge- and did increase the budget.
Our attempt to make it right, without going too far with demolishing decaying surfaces and rebuilding them, did allow you to get a safe and lasting house at a moderate repair rate. Your ability to assess the approaches and provide immediate direction helped keep the project functional and relatively affordable. Thanks for your help.
