Entire house redone - hardwood
Brampton Hardwood highly recommended a brand they carry which I ended up buying over 1000 sf of. Wanting to validate the warranty with the manufacturer I soon realized the brand was no were to be found on the internet ('IMPERIAL COLLECTION') or anywhere else but on brampton's harwdood web site. I called BH a few times and nobody want to tell me which company manufacture the wood. Now I am concerned with the product origin, quality and longevity.
As a result of some research I now believe the product originate from a nerver heard of small shop (warehouse type) located in Laval Quebec, the name is "Finition Superieure L B". http://www.yellowpages.ca/bus/Quebec/Laval/Finition-Superieure-L-B/2652999.html
Yellow page list them in the lacquers manufacturer category.
Do not buy products from Brampton hardwood, you will never know where it is coming from, the quality and who would honor the so called warranty.
