Shutters & Blinds review in

I purchased 5 blinds, after installation I noticed that one blind was damaged.
I called them couldnt talk to anyone. I had to go in the local store and they arranged for a pick up.
I was without a blind for 10 days .
Because of that , I called customer service to give me back some discount. The lady I talked, was telling me she will call me back but of course she doesnt.
The biggest problem is with this company, they were asking 3 thousand dollars upfront!!!!
If I would know that one of the blind was defective, I wouldnt pay the full amount for them !
