The installer and the company were just fantastic. This is the second time I've had windows installed by Beverley Hills Home Improvements. The first time (5 years ago) they put in a beautiful bay window at the front of our home as well as the rest of the upstaris. This last time they replaced all my basement windows and installed two new doors. It took them two days to complete the job, but when it was done I had absolutely no mess to clean up and nothing to do but show off our new doors and windows. My wife and I are elated and still are 5 years(the first windows installation) and 6 months after the last installation. I would recommend this company to everyone and will continue to so.

Im not sure wether or not to blame the company or the windows (which were ordered through them). The weight of the windows is too much to actually keep a window open. This was happening on 2 windows in the house. You would open the window and it would just slide back down and close itself due to the weight. The company did show up like they said they would and stayed til it was finished. Didn't really have many problems orther than the one listed.

Just a quick note to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the windows and the skill of the installers. I would happily recommend this company to my friends and family. Beverley Hills Windows had competitive pricing too!

After 18 years in the home we built ourselves, my husband and I decided it was time for some renovations. With the rising cost of hydro and gas, we both decided that windows was our number one priority! We contacted many companys for estimates. After meeting with the sales rep. for Beverley Hills Home Reno. we where sold, literally!! We found them both very informative, and helpful with our selection. The friendly and always curtious assistance from our sales rep. as well as his staff was outstanding. Their quick service also outstanding. The product outstanding, and we instantly noticed the differnce in the cost of maintaining our home. My husband and I both agree that this was the best money we ever spent. Our only regret was not contacting Beverley Hills Home Renovations sooner!

We replaced 2 large picture windows in our family room. Window quality, price and installation were very satisfactory. Worksite was left clean inside and out. Company gave us free upgrade on windows. All condensation and cold problems were rectified and we are definitely saving on our heating and comfort cost. We will definitely return to Beverly Hills for all our renovation needs and will continue to recommend them to others.

After having our large bay window replaced and quite satisfied with the job we decided to replace all our lower windows (9) the following year. This year we replaced the remaining 7. Several neighbours watched the installation and the performance of the product for the last three years. Three have now ordered new windows. I was greatly impressed with Art Hebert/sales and Deborah McLean/marketing. Have received one referral cheque,awaiting two more. Thanks again .Ed

WE WERE LOOKING TO GET SIDING ON OUR HOUSE ,OUR NEIGHBOR HAD BEVERLEY HILLS COME IN TO DO THERES, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK SO CALL OURSELFS, BILL WHO WAS OUR CREW LEADER WAS EXCELLENT HE DID THE WORKS AS IF IT WAS HIS OWN HOME, TALKING THE TIME EVERY DAY TO SEE IF WE WERE SATIFIED WITH THE WORK HE DID THAT DAY AND EVERY DAY AFTER THAT.WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY HIS WORK I RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE AND NOW THEY ARE ALSO USING THEM TO DO THERE RENOVATIONS.... THANKS AGAIN

Beverley windows came in to estimate our greenhouse-like rear facing windows (with mini roof and overhang) and were the only company that would attempt it and did a very good and completely on-budget job.

We contracted Beverly Hills Home Improvements to replace all the windows and patio doors at our home after receiving and reviewing quotes from 3 other companies. We couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Their staff, from the sales rep (Tom Kelly) to the installers, was friendly, courteous and professionsl. The workmanship, inside and out, is exceptional.

The proof is in the pudding......our natural gas usage so far this winter is down 15%.

Our neighbours have already used Beverly Hills to replace some of their windows.

I wanted a Bay Window in my Living Room primarily and to replace the side door with Transom. I chose 7 companies to do this job after checking with Home Stars and the BBB, selecting the companies with good reputations. Beverley Hills was the last one to give me a quote and I had to wait almost a month for their salesman. The other companies were either higher priced, wanted to do all my windows and doors, or were only going to replace the existing Living Room window, not do a full tear out down to the bricks. Beverley Hills was one of only two who would do a tear-out. For the price, Beverley Hills would give me triple pane glass which none of the others were offering,the full tear out of both window and door, a coating on the window that allows the window to clean itself and the grills in the window to make it look colonial. The other companies didn't want to add the grills for some reason. The price Beverley Hills gave me was the lowest of all.
On the day when they arrived to do the window, they were punctual, they worked quickly but had to return the next day to finish the inside of the window. They gave me a beautiful solid wood seat with no seams in the bay window and did an excellent job on the door.
The workers spoke little English they were European but they did such a fabulous job I didn't care. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside. Excellent workmen. When they were done I realized the panes of glass in the Bay window did not have the grills I ordered. I phoned them and was immediately told that it was the manufacturers fault and they would notify Vinyl Window Designs and have them fix the problem. I thought it would be a long wait, but within a few days I received a call from the manufacturer, and they said it would be about 3 weeks before I had my new window panes with grills. Exactly 3 weeks later the manufacturer had their installer here with my new panes of glass. It took him half a day to replace the panes but he did an excellent job too.
I would definitely use both Beverley Hills and buy Vinyl Window Designs windows again. Errors occur sometimes but the way the error was handled was professional and I quickly received my replacement glass. I can't say enough good things about these two companies.
