Im not sure wether or not to blame the company or the windows (which were ordered through them). The weight of the windows is too much to actually keep a window open. This was happening on 2 windows in the house. You would open the window and it would just slide back down and close itself due to the weight. The company did show up like they said they would and stayed til it was finished. Didn't really have many problems orther than the one listed.

Since I don't know who you are I have no way of contacting you directly so please call our Service Dept right away so we can come out and make adjustments to your windows. That shouldn't happen. We can definitely make this right.
