Our Betz pool looks fantastic and people regularly ask who we used and we have referred many. Our job was large and it required some patience for sure but at the end of the day we are happy with Betz and the support they have provided even after the job is complete.

Our project kicked off without a hitch. Like any sales driven company, Betz was lightning fast to take our deposit but when it came down to project coordination, completing the job to plan and (time line) the company was flat out Frustrating beyond belief to deal with.
Although our project did turn out to look good (the only reason why Betz didn't get 0 stars from us) the issues that came along with our build and still remain make our experience almost to the point where we wished we didn't use them. Our build resulted in a leak in our basement due to our grading being fully exposed at foundation level which was left for almost two weeks. Our concrete decking was poured with incorrect grading thanks to the forming team who simply rushed to get in and out of our site same day thanks to terrible project coordination which we effectively took over by withholding payment and staying on top of trades and Betz themselves. Our sprinkler lines were cut not once, not twice but three times, which still do not work fully to where they were at original state prior to our build. Our frustrations compounded when we found multiple build errors on our own accord which Betz should have caught but didn't.
This company uses good trades and they have an opportunity to be a market leader. They do not transparently communicate with customers in a timely fashion, their project managers seems stretched far too thin and they price in premium snack brackets without providing premium service. We found our build poorly run, poorly managed and are left with an incomplete pool thanks to build planning errors with our slide and improperly poured concrete and now a torn up basement to repair our leak. We do not recommend Betz to anyone.
Carol Betz however deserves an honourable mention. Of anyone we dealt with, she seems to have been the only person that cared.
