Betz Pools

Had someone come to check for leaks last year, they came found one fixed then left, billed paid. Leak still continued and was advised that they will check it again in the spring when opening the pool. When I called to discuss about the spring time I was then told to have it run and let's wait to see if the leak continues. I then called spoke to the reception and was told on the phone that a specific date would booked this way both my husband and I could take the day off work.....only to call them that day to find out we were slotted into the end of the week! I specifically asked for this date due to having to take the day off as I know how they operate and she said yes we can do both leak and close your pool. Well now that both my husband and I were home I spoke with Matt from service who said we don't do both leak and close as they are different teams. So he said he would call back....few hours later I had called back to find out that he will have the leak checked and reschedule the close which he agreed to a specific date. Guy came and found three leaks. Within that night noticed that the leak was worse and my husband spoke with Matt to advise him should we close, he said yes that's no problem we will close, mark it and have the team come again for the leak. That was two weeks ago which I then have to call again considering I've now received an invoice for the leak for a 2.5 hour job that I am being billed for 4 hours all due to paying for their travel time, and having to listen to them talk about the other homes they just checked for leaks? If I had known I was being clocked I would have advised him to just keep working and cut the conversation! What about my time and my husband’s time wasted on having to stay home, now yet again.....and having to continue to call them back as follow ups, having the reception person guarantee things she wasn't able to follow through with. I've never dealt with a company like this which I do not want to use again!
