Hello Mike:
I just wanted to send you this note to let you know how pleased I have been with the services from Jan Blechta, Rose and the roofing “team” who came to my “rescue” last week. I had experienced 2 leaks in my roof during the Christmas holidays, and frantically contacted 6 different roofing companies. Four never called me, one called to tell me that my home was too small a job and “not worth their while”, and Jan called and emailed me a quote.
Jan was extremely patient with me and understanding during my inquiries and concerns (various emails) about the work in progress. Rose’s telephone manner projects the warmth and sincerity that a customer likes to feel, when hiring and paying for a service/product. Finally, the roofing "team” did a fantastic job of tidying up after their finished replacing the roof, including clearing off both my upper and lower decking in the backyard (not an easy feat as they could only access the yard by going over the roof the home).
I sincerely thank all of you, especially since I can now breath a sign of relief, knowing my home is safe from damage.
