Very poor customer service & scheduling - they do not show up when promised, they rarely return calls and do not respond to email.
I hired better contracting last year to install Smart screen on my eaves, at the time I was told they would complete the job before christmas, they actually showed up to do the work in Feb.
In spring I noticed that even in light rain water poured right over the edge of the eaves (in at least one location), I contacted better contracting and was told I they would schedule a warranty visit - it took approximately 7 weeks of calling and leaving messages before someone actually showed up and adjusted installation. Unfortunately the adjustment did not resolve the issue and I'm back to calling/leaving messages and praying they care enough to come out and fix the problem.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- 1. If you cannot show up for promised time call the homeowner and let them know 2. Return calls - don't leave customers in limbo 3. Increase # of folks working warranty calls (clearly if it takes 8 weeks to get someone out there is sufficient demand to justify extra staffing.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Really consider hiring someone else to do the work.
