Had a recent central vacuum installed by Rod. Home required to be fully roughed in first. Job was neat, clean and quick. I requested a kitchen vac pan to also be installed by him while he was there even though I originally never thought about getting one. He stayed an extra 45 minutes to install it. Very professional outfit. Highly recommended.

I called Richard at Beam Superstore and he was able to talk me through a new central vacuum purchase over the phone. I had researched the products on the Beam website, and Richard guided me to the right unit for my needs. The installation was scheduled at my convenience and performed on-time, and professionally. My existing issues with my system were resolved, a new outlet installed, and the new system was in place before I knew it! A top notch job, by top notch professionals using top notch equipment...does it get any better? Yes, the price was excellent!!!

Dealing with this company was a pleasure as they were very professional from the moment I inquired about Solatubes. Richard was very helpful in assessing placement to give me the best lighting coverage possible and quoted a very reasonalble price considering that Solatube is the "Cadillac" of light tubes.
Due to inclement weather I received a phone call the day of the installation with an immediate date for rescheduling; this was greatly appreciated. On the day of the install a further confirmation call was made with an arrival time. Jeff the installer was prompt, did an excellent job of installing the tubes and cleaned up afterwards. HIs knowledge of the product is also very in depth and he also added some extra weatherstripping above the spec to ensure integrity of the product.

They have done a good job installing the vacuum system, even though they have to replace and increase the size of the tubing in the wall. The cleaning after the installation was done by the service-man properly and thoroughly. In the garage, he secured and attached the unit, finding the strong wood and concrete beams. I am pleased with their work and the outcome.
