Bathlux

We had our complete kitchen renovation done by Bathlux about 4 years ago. We have had trouble with most of the doors on the cabinets. One of them doesn't fit properly no matter how we adjust it. One of them fell off completely. The grout between the floor tile is cracking. The drawers are rubbing. I was having trouble with the outlets they installed so while I had an electrician here for something else, he looked at them. He said he was surprised that they worked at all. They weren't wired correctly and the ground wasn't even attached! The list goes on and on. We had someone else come to try to adjust the cabinet door. He said it's one of the worst kitchen installations he has ever seen. I would never recommend this company. The owner, John, never listens to anything you try to tell him. I hope I never have dealings with them again.

Bathlux was Great!! They were the only company that gave such a detailed breakdown of the project, and were very clear what would be covered and what we would be supplying.

And the end of each day they always left the site clean, which was great for our family.

All and all, I would work with them again

do not hire this company. they do shoddy work and never complete a thing. stay very far away from John, he is a rip off artist. everything they do is half fast and disgraceful for all the money we paid.

Our experience with Bathlux was a complete disappointment. The measuremets were off several times and to a point that we had to reconfigure our own original plans. They just couldn't get it right. Days would go by without workers showing up and when I would call to see where they were, I was told "oh. not in today, vacation..." No noticed what so ever. The cupboards above the fridge didn't match the rest and in the end he was willing to walk away without getting his last 1K because there was just too many mistakes to fix. I would not recommend Bathlux. Oh and no one had cells phone so it was very difficult to get a hold of people urgently.

Nice people to work with, seem to be above board with everything.
The products and workmanship was certainly to be praized for. The cleanliness and clean up after the job was completed to everyones satisfaction.

I have used Bathlux on 3 separate occasions. The last one was a total renovation of our original 1949 bathroom. This included the demolition and installation of 4 new custom walls and a new jacuzzi. Bathlux really has a great staff. They are all very easy to work with. Our new bathroom looks very professional and we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and they will get my next contract when needed.

Bathlux was recommended by a friend, a general contractor, to totally renovate the main bathroom after a leak was discovered and which the insurance did not cover. Bathlux provided us with several options and related costs. Installation was done within the promised time frame of three days it being a total makeover from a 4 piece bath, to a modernized three piece bath. Constant clean up was performed at the end of each stage and did not compromise other parts of the house. In fact, Bathlux also fixed the areas affected by the leak on the ground floor and other areas to satisfy insurer requirements that damages be fixed within certain period of time. In a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest score), I would rate Bathlux a solid 7.

We had an amazing time with Bathlux. They came in on time to cost out the project and gave us plenty of time to think about it, and always answered all our questions no matter how dumb we though they were. And when we saw it all together it looked beautiful but we wanted to change one end cabinet to make it a wine rack, and they made a new one for us and had it installed in less than a week. Over all it was a great experience and we really enjoyed them.

I had to cancel me agreement with bathlux and lose my deposit. His work is very poor (i don't think they know what they are doing)and their service is terrible. Not even close to the design we agreed. His installer (GEORGE) was so rude. I had to stop them in the middle of this project and agreed to loose the deposit. I heard i am not the only one that is telling the story. DO NOT GO THERE
