We are extremly happy with the entire process. the pool and landscaping look better than the drawings that we did when john did the planning. Reggi and his crew were extremly accomodating and did a unbeilevable job in changing our drab backyard into a place that my whole family just want to stay and swim. We now do have a backyard getaway that we love. thanks

Having read previous reviews on Homestars--Backyard Getaways was the company that stood out to replace our pool liner and equipment. Dealing with Regi from Backyard Getaways has been a very pleasant experience. He was great to deal with and very professional from the beginning to end of work that was done. He answered all our questions, was patient with decisions and thoroughly explained the process that would take place before, during and after completion of the project. We are extremely pleased with the new liner and installation work provided from all service technicians. Regi followed through to make sure the project was done to our satisfaction. He dealt with any minor concerns we had in a timely manner. Thanks Daphne for your help with the chemical analysis. Thanks to everyone at Backyard Getaways for the great work!

There are no words that can explain the processionalism, the quality of the workmanship, the punctuality and the price I received from this company. We are enjoying the first year of our pool and were absolutely pleased with Backyard Getaways. John and Regi are amazing people to work with and all my problems and concerns were quickly rectified. Excellent work done by Backyard Getaways transforming our yard from a regular backyard to a beautiful oasis. Very professional, from our first meeting with Regi, until the project was completed. All the workers were great, polite and respectful and did a great job. Best of all, it was done on time, give or take a couple of days. This is not the norm from what I have been told about pool installations. We spend most of our time in the yard now, and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Backyard Getaways to anyone and everyone.

From beginning to end, everything was a wonderful experience. John had come to our home late one evening (as it was the only suitable time for us). He was very patient and understanding as to what it was that we were looking for. He gave us his opinions and also listened to ours. Aldo (dad) was such a delight to see in the mornings as he was there bright and early digging out the hole along with Rob and his crew. Rob was very knowledable and helpful with his suggestions for the exact layout of the pool. Rob made things "easy" and we thank him very much for that. Once the hole for the pool was dud and the shape had been put in place, my family went on our annual camping trip (a tradition we skipped last summer as we didn't want to leave our backyard) and had all of our confidence in Regi. Backyard always checked in with us to make sure we were happy and things were going the way we wanted. Being gone for the week, Regi made sure things stayed on track and if absolutly nessacary, he contacted us. I love the job they did with our rock wall at the back of the pool, it turned out even better than I thought. The shape of our concrete/gardens is wonderful. If I could change one thing it would be that I had done it sooner!

I read the reviews here before and after having our pool and landscaping installed by Backyard Getaways and I agree that the workmanship and quality was sound, and the customer service is really good too! Backyard Getaways does a great job at making this a very smooth and worry free end to end process, plus going beyond what was expected. Besides recommending them to friends and family, if I had to do another pool for myself I would go with the Backyard Getaway team again for sure! Thanks again John, Regi, Aldo, Rob and everyone else. I can’t stop looking out my patio window, enjoying the view!

I am very pleased with the work Backyard Getaways did in my yard this year.  Regi was a pleasure to deal with, and the guys who did the work were great.  The work was basically done on time and that is not usually the case with pool installations.  The work was started late in the year, so there are a few things to finish up next spring, but that was my choice.  Thanks to Backyard Getaways for transforming our yard into an oasis.

Our first experience was with John who took time out of his weekend to come and visit with us and see what our wants were.  We felt very comfortable with him and decided to sign on.  From that moment forward we knew we had made the right decision in the company we chose.  They actually started a week ahead of schedule and finished the project exactly the date promised.
 
From Aldo and Roberto who did the digging, Regi in charge of our project and Boris who ran everything on site  all went very smoothly.  The guys who work with Backyard Getaways were the friendliest and most courteous bunch of guys we have seen on a site.  Every night before they left they made sure everything was safe and tidy as possible.
 
John , you promised us we would be the envy of our neighborhood and I would like to tell you that Yes We Are!
