Robert & Crystal-Brampton, ON

From beginning to end, everything was a wonderful experience. John had come to our home late one evening (as it was the only suitable time for us). He was very patient and understanding as to what it was that we were looking for. He gave us his opinions and also listened to ours. Aldo (dad) was such a delight to see in the mornings as he was there bright and early digging out the hole along with Rob and his crew. Rob was very knowledable and helpful with his suggestions for the exact layout of the pool. Rob made things "easy" and we thank him very much for that. Once the hole for the pool was dud and the shape had been put in place, my family went on our annual camping trip (a tradition we skipped last summer as we didn't want to leave our backyard) and had all of our confidence in Regi. Backyard always checked in with us to make sure we were happy and things were going the way we wanted. Being gone for the week, Regi made sure things stayed on track and if absolutly nessacary, he contacted us. I love the job they did with our rock wall at the back of the pool, it turned out even better than I thought. The shape of our concrete/gardens is wonderful. If I could change one thing it would be that I had done it sooner! Thank you so much for our little bit of paradise Robert, Crystal, Rachelle, & Alyssa Oh Ya-Sorry Daphne, you were wonderful too!
