Needed damaged bricks replaced in house wall and a new concrete walkway laid from front door to public sidewalk to accommodate my walker.

Work crew arrived on time daily, and worked throughout the day just taking 1/2 hr. for lunch.
Work was of high quality,done with an obvious pride of workmanship.
Suervision of job and subsequent follow up with me regarding my satisfaction again excellent.
Brickwork looks great with good match to existing bricks, and walkway is perfect giving me much easier access to my home.
Have also had roofing and siding jobs done to the same high standards.

A couple of years ago I had a leak in the middle of winter and called three companies. Avenue Road Roofing was the only one to call back the same day and came the next day to inspect the problem. They found what was causing the leak and came back to fix it in a couple of days. For this work I would give them an 8 out of 10- a would have given a 10 for this if they had fixed it the same day they came to inspect it. When it was time to replace my roof, I called them on May 10 for a quote. They called me back within 24 hours and came out Friday to provide a quote. They measured the roof but Sean did not provide me with a quote that same day as most companies do but indicated that the cost would be $2.80 per square foot and indicated I would get the quote by the Monday or Tuesday. Having received no email with the quote on Thursday, I called and Sean indicated that I would definitely receive the quote that evening. That evening passed and so did may other days until I called again the following Tuesday (11 days after he visited for the estimate). Sean was not in the office but Kathleen indicated that once he called her back, she would call me back which she did not. I finally received the quote the next day and it was no where near the $2.80 Sean had verbally quoted me. I don't know what has happened to Avenue Road Roofing but this is the poorest of customer service and for this I give them a 0 rating. Thank goodness there are other reputable roofing companies that care about customers.

After my original submission above, I received a call the same day from Bob of Avenue Road Roofing. He apologized and was quite upset that I had received such service and indicated that they pride themselves in providing excellent customer service. I noted that Bob was genuine and was interested in ensuring customers had a great experience. Thanks Bob for your interest in my situation. I definitely give you high marks for calling me and apologizing- sometimes companies make mistakes but companies who are genuine try to make up for them so thanks again.

Reg from Avenue Roofing thoroughly discussed all options with us. Because of his vast experience he showed us logical reasons why he thought the repair he suggested was the best option. He showed us how we could do it in stages and that way we would be able to locate the real problem. This would have saved us a great deal of money if the issue was just a simple patch, which it did not turn out to be. Although we still had to go with a full fix, (which is the only option any other company came up with), we did it in stages with Reg and his crew, which gave us the opportunity to find out the real reason, and we didn't pay any more for it doing it this way, in fact we saved about $2,000. Avenue Roofing ENSURED we had the proper fix for our problem. Helpful, insightful, friendly, and did a GREAT job.

I used Avenue Roofing two times for small jobs. the first was a small patching job on my garage and the second was a larger patching job where I had removed my chimney and needed the hole covered. both jobs were done quickly and done well. there are a LOT of roofers out there and I know I could have found a better price, but Avenue was resonable and very proffessional. I would deal with them again for a bigger job in the future.

Original builder had used inappropriate caulking for certain area os our roof. As utility shed on our roof that housed our water and natural gas was poorly constructed and was leaking. After a serious day of rain we had about 3-4 cups of water come pouring in through our ceiling vent.
Jason from Avenue Road Roofing came out, gave us a competitive quote and we went with him.
Jason was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. He did a fantastic job cutting and fitting a custom piece of metal siding for our utility box. He answered all questions I had and talked us through the entire repair.

Our roof has been done by the Avenue Road Roofing crew, they were scheduled to come at 8am and they did. They got on the roof at 8am, they didn’t get down until the entire thing was finished at Noon. The clean up was exceptional, there wasn’t a shingle left on the driveway. The crew was pleasant, no noise. Everything was done perfectly. No problems with leaking. No problems. I expect it will last for another 20 years.
I’m very pleased. I found it interesting that the crew was so co-operative, so quiet, and so fast.

I called 3 roofing companies for a quote and Avenue Road Roofing was the only one with honesty and fair pricing. The others quoted to repair the entire roof at $12,00. Avenue Road Roofing took the time to survey inside and the roof to see the problem. All that needed to fix was the "flashing" around the skylight. Honesty is the best policy in business.

We had our old cedar shingles replaced with a new roof from Avenue. The team of workers that was assembled for the job were very good, fast, and tidy. They cleaned up after the job very well too. I would recommend Avenue Road Roofing to my friends and family. Thanks!

Avenue Road Roofing is like Sony. Possibly, one pays a TOUCH too much BUT you get a superb product. They were around 20% more than a few others but they delivered on time and with great service. They employ the CERTAINTEED system and these roofing products are wonderful and warranteed for a long time.

It will cost you a little more to use them but, heck, what's an extra $1500.00 every 25 - 30 years when you know that your roof is top=of-the-line.
