Our townhome is 20 years old and needed new shingles. Matthew came to inspect our roof and took the time to sit at our kitchen table and explain the process. Within the week, Barb, the associate who ensured my car wouldn't be parked in the garage in the event of an emergency, scheduled the installers who finished the job same day!
