I had a group do my roof just 8 years ago, they were the cheapest! The Roof on the rear of my Home had begun to come apart and of course that group was no longer around and I had no idea who the shingle Mfg. was, to try to get some sort of warranty from.
I know about Avenue Road Roofing from the Holmes on Homes TV show so I called them. Their work is "Impeccable"! You might pay a little more but you Truly get what you pay for.
Don't go "Cheap", you will regret it!
In my case they gave me a 10 year warranty and I trust that they will still be around if I need them. The shingles are warranted for "LIFE" through the shingle manufacturer.
