I've owned a number of homes in the area and have used Aurora Overhead Door for each one. I have purchased a new door, a new opener and had keypad entries installed. I also called this company when my cable broke one morning, and the technician came by in less than an hour to help me get my car out safely so I could make it to work. While I was at work, the cable was fixed for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door, opener, keypad or even just a repair.

We broke one of our garage door springs last month. When I called the fellow at Aurora Overhead and told him I wanted to buy the springs and install myself he asked me the size and then suggested I replace both springs.

Well I managed to install the 2 springs but I screwed up the alignment so the door was lopsided. I called them back and they sent a technician over promptly who fixed the problem and even lubed the mechanism. He came and went before the wife came home so I looked like a star.

He helped me find the problem with out having me pay for a service tech to come out. I have never been so pleased with a company! They also installed my garage opener years before this and I have never had a problem with it. I would recommend this company to anyone.
