Very professional and thorough. He took me through exactly what he was doing so I understood what I was paying for. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I use Atlas Cares to service my air conditioning unit, furnance and gas fireplace and have used them for more than 5 years. The servicemen are always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. There is never any mess to clean up after they leave.

I would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC work.

Like everyone else that has come to our house from Atlas, Randy Sorrell was absolutely first rate - courteous and very helpful in explaining options for best results from my entire HVAC system (not just the AC they were officially there to inspect).

We have used Atlascare since we have owned this home for the last 4 years. They were introduced to us by my in-laws whom used them for their furnace maintenance for many years.
We were scheduled between 4pm and 5pm yesterday and Randy came 4 on the dot. He changed the filter, cleaned and prepped it ready for the fall/winter season. As he finished up he noticed that our hot water tank was starting to leak and I thought was very courteous to informed us about it. It's something we would have never noticed.
We also like that the company calls us to remind us about upcoming the up coming appointment; with 2 toddlers it's easy to forget.

If you want a compay who is honest and so called "family oriented" I would not use AtlasCare. Their customer service reps are rude they promised me a serice call and the tech should up late and I waited for hours before I had to call and ask where the guys was, they told me they over booked and I had to go without water and A/C for other day. After having to take two days off work I would NEVER use or recommend this company ever!

Annual AC system service call including controller upgrade Randy Sorrell was the tech. He was professional, knowledgable, efficient, and polite. He was able to address an issue with poor cool air circulation as well as explain the functioning of the new AC controller. Completely happy with the service call.

As my furnance and air conditioner is under an annual maintenance program, I had the priviledge of having one of thier technicians over today. Dag looked at the furnance, did a few things, changed the filter and looked everything over.

He also educated me on my Humidifier and wrote some instructions down for me and also looked at my water heater and pointed out the fact the it was leaking. '

Throughout the experince, I feel that he went above and beyond his typical furnance maintenance as he was more than willing to share information, which I otherwise would not have known.

I always call AtlasCare for my properties because I have found their wrk to be the most dependable, always done right the first time, and done in a way that is clean and respectful of your space. They are very knowledgeable about proper code, and their customer support response time is excellent. I recommend them highly. Even though they might cost a bit more than others, you will have peace of mind knowing that they did the job the way it should have been done. I have have duct cleaning, furnace maintenance, furnace installation and humidifier installation done by them.

Underground drain that was connected to the main drain (which is hidden under carpeting away from the furnace, was blocked and the water from the AC/Hot Water tank was getting backed up and eventually spilled out of the furnace bottom. Called after hours and was dispatched a tech pretty quickly. Nimo (the tech) was friendly and quickly found an easy temporary solution by re-routing the lines into the sud pump. Then a follow up appointment came 3 days later. Peter advised that instead of trying to blow through the small concrete drain to clear, re-routing it to sud pump permanently was a better solution to avoid future blockage spills. He cleaned up and organized the tubes quickly and since it was a very small job/solution was already in place, I didn't have to pay the second time. Great and honest service! I will be calling again for maintenance and other services.

Randy from Atlas was by this morning right on time and was very efficient in servicing my furnace for the winter. He also made recommendations to improve my furnace efficiency.
