FYI, the cost was covered under the maintenance contract. The Technician, Quinton G. was pleasant, courteous and experienced. I asked him if he could also install an Eccobee Unit that my son gave me (as he works there), and to my surprise he did with no questions asked. I really appreciate the service! It's nice to know that your team is empowered to go beyond the normal requirements, and in my case, installing something that was not scheduled - now that is customer service! Many thanks John

As my furnance and air conditioner is under an annual maintenance program, I had the priviledge of having one of thier technicians over today. Dag looked at the furnance, did a few things, changed the filter and looked everything over. He also educated me on my Humidifier and wrote some instructions down for me and also looked at my water heater and pointed out the fact the it was leaking. ' Throughout the experince, I feel that he went above and beyond his typical furnance maintenance as he was more than willing to share information, which I otherwise would not have known.
