Central Air Conditioning unit purchase and install
After 17 years, my a/c unit was not cooling anymore. I had a service tech from another company come out. I had a cooling plan with them. I was not impressed with that company so I decided to go with AtlasCare instead after 2 days without a/c. Best choice ever!
Within minutes of my call, a sales rep came to my home. Gabriel helped me pick out a suitable unit and was not pushy at all. I am quite confident in his choice. He explained everything to me. He set up an appointment for an install right away.
The next day, Mike and Jack came out to install the unit. They are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in not only making sure that the installation is perfect, but also suitable to my liking. They also cleaned up afterwards.
I am very pleased with the sales and service personnel at AtlasCare. Just like the name says “care”, they really do. That makes me feel like an appreciated client, unlike the other company.
