The fantastic online reviews I have read of the technician Nimo Mansouri are VERY WELL DESERVED. Nimo called me after I phoned the customer service line, and did his very best to fit us in as early as possible. We were quite appreciative, and if that was all that he would have done, we would have been happy. But he went beyond that! Our heater was making a loud sound, and as soon as he came down to the basement and saw the interior of the furnace, he diagnosed the problem and a solution was found. He didn’t have to fumble around, he knew exactly what this issue was and took steps to solve the problem, which put us at ease. I can’t say enough regarding how nice, friendly, and knowledgeable Nimo was.

I don’t wish to have a problem again with the our heater or anything else, but if we do, I hope we get Nimo, since our experience with him has been nothing less than absolutely stellar!
