It was bad right from the start. I received a call that a technician was on the way and will be at my house in half an hour. I looked out the window and they were already on my driveway unloading.
When the technician came to my door and introduced himself, it was a different name than what they gave me over the phone.
There were 4 guys in total. One man went downstairs to the furnace with the big hose, and the other 3 guys stayed upstairs pushing air and debris down the vents. In 5 minutes, the three guys upstairs finished my whole house ( which is 3100 sq ft). They then went outside and giggled and played on their phones.
Thus, my air duct system was still dirty after they were done. I paid close to $800. Definitely not worth it. Will not hire them again.
