Arrow Furniture is the best place to get your home stuff and their service is by far the best. Mr. Richard Cheah is 10 on 10, he helped us through out the whole process. He is by far the best, he exactly knows how to treat customers, very friendly and warm personality. I highly recommend him for everyone out there looking for home furniture.

As soon as we entered “Arrow Furnitures“ we were welcomed with a smile by the sales representative “Sonal” who was a professional and knowledgeable staff, and she helped us taking the right decisions in regards to our needs.

Purchased a sofa one day, and a bed 2 weeks later. Paid for assembly for bed but sales person said ALL of my furniture was going to be assembled as it was going to be delivered together. Not the case, only bed was assembled not sofa as it was on 2 different bills. I even overheard the delivery guys say "I hope we don't have to put this together". Sofa wasn't even removed from the heavy packaging! What if it was damaged? I would have been blamed for that! Delivery people also dented/scratched my wall, and one of them was very creepy, made me feel uncomfortable. Manager Michael EXTREMELY RUDE and would not help me with my situation saying I was wrong and that because I signed a form before delivery men left they will not do anything about the wall damage! I noticed the wall dent after they left, but Michael would not listen to me, there was no chance I would get any retribution from this situation. Michael said "the customer is not always right" even when I provided pictures of damage. I have never had someone be so rude to me! Unacceptable.

Purchased living room and bedroom furniture at Arrow. They have quality furniture at good prices-especially during the sale periods. Richard Cheah helped with the purchase by patiently providing advice on all the product details to make an informed purchase.

Best furniture store anywhere, my wife and I went to lots of furniture stores and we didn't find anything we could agree on. We stepped foot into here and we told the associate what we are looking for, he took us there and we both looked at each other and went "perfect!" Then we furnished the rest of our house.

We needed furniture & accessories for a brand new 5000sq feet home that we moved in last year. We didn’t have time, energy & skill to buy & decorate the house on our own. We were already overwhelmed because of the move. One of our family friend’s suggested us to talk to Israel ( Interior decorater) from Arrow furniture. We are glad that we did. Since last year he helped & guided us in choosing quality furniture & accessories for our home. He was there for us through the whole process. He guided us to choose different textures, colours & patterns for our furniture. He never rushed us to make a decision. He was very professional during the whole process. He was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. From measuring, shopping, ordering to delivering he was there to assist us every step of the way. We ordered a dining set, including a dining table, 4 chairs, and a bench. The wood is sturdy and they said they would be willing to help with missing parts/replacements.

On Friday July 30th I went to the Kennedy Rd. location to purchase an area rug for my apartment. Salesman Royce asked if he could be of some assisstance and showed me the store's selection of rugs. He left me alone to select my choice. Once my choice was made he efficiently processed my order and gave me a pleasing discount as i had made a number of purchases in previous years. We successfully negotiated a delivery date and time that was convenient for me. Delivery was scheduled for the following Thursday between 9AM-1PM. Deliveryman called 10 minutes before arrival, as was promised, and My rug arrived around 10AM. No muss, no fuss. delivery was smooth as silk. I am very pleased with my rug and the service Arrow Furniture provided.

I was in the market for a new couch for my basement apartment, with our hearts set out on a sectional. In Arrow Furniture we were greeted graciously by AJ. He has plenty of patience which allowed us to select the perfect sofa. We did not feel harassed or pressured to make a purchase. It was a comfortable environment that AJ created.

AJ's great service was a blessing when we found out about just how narrow our staircase was. Without any hiccups, we were able to select a different couch with his help and now we are finally comfortable at home. I recommend AJ for his outstanding service and professionalism.
