The worst customer service ever. The manager in scarborough branch was so rude. The seller gave us wrong information and we wanted to cancel our orders before delivery the manager said “ you have to choose something else from the store”
Poor delivery service and poor quality when you want to assemble

Having held your furniture in our warehouse for several weeks, Arrow's policy is to issue a store credit if you change your mind rather than a full refund which is also clearly stated on our invoices.
