Bed room

I ordered a Full bedroom set. First of all the truck workers are grumpy and miserable and killing my excitement for my furniture.
Second of all they leave and I am missing two things from my order resulting in me not using the bed for 3-7 days. One of the lights my bed came with isn't working and now I have to pay to fix it despite I just ordered it. Another worker came to my house to install the middle support of the bed which was missing with the screws and failed to still bring the screws had to use some of my random ones.
The workers in the store however are really nice and kind. I just don't plan to buy anything else from there sadly. It sucks throwing out your old bed and not being able to use your new one for a week because of missing parts. Sleeping on the couch is not fun.

Hi there. Thank you for writing in to us and letting us know how your experience was. We want to hear all comments, good or bad, to try and make our company better for all customers. From what I can tell from your order, you bought a floor model bedroom set and when it was delivered, the cross support bar that holds up the middle slat was missing. Our tech came a few days later to rectify this situation. This bed also has an option to either use screws for the slats or just rest them on the lips of the rails itself. Some people prefer to have the slats screwed in and some dont. Either way, it doesnt matter what kind of screws are used as long as the slat is fastened properly. Regarding the light that you say is not working, please contact our customer service department as we have no record of this. Even though you bought a floor model, you were not sold a product that doesnt work. You shouldnt have to pay to fix this and unless I am mistaken, no one from our office has told you so. I apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured we will take care of any service issues you may still have. Jason M. - Sales Manager
