Got our leather sofa delivered with a cut on the side close to bottom on August 12, 2014. I wrote a review for bad customer service. There was a misunderstanding that Arrow thought we unpacked the sofa ourselves, actually the driver did it for us. Once the circumstance is clarified; Arrow has promised to resolve the situation. We thank Arrow for prompt response.
