I enjoyed my experience at this store. Sure its a small location however they had exactly what I wanted. And they took the time to explain the product. The price is reasonable for where they are.. Of course if there was a walmart close by, I would go there but I would also be dealing with the crowd and annoying people.. I will def be coming back for my next small appliance purchase.

This company delivers poor service and will be dishonest to the bitter end. I ordered a product online from this company and was told it would arrive in 2 days. I phoned the company a week later to ask where the product is. I called 14 times in a row and the call went to the fax machine over and over again. I sent an email to their company and received no response. I finally took an afternoon off of work and went down to their store. They told me they had sent me an email in response but this was untrue. They also told me that they had sent me and email saying that the product was back ordered. This was untrue. They told me that they "don't work under pressure" and I then told me that they are refunding me my money. They were the rudest most unhelpful company and their store is a mess. I would not recommend shopping here online or in the store. Horrible in every way possible.

Customer service is aweful, I received a damaged demo model. There is nothing obvious on their site that says this is a demo unit except some small print which says "factory seconds". They refuse to pay for shipping and the return of the unit.

They scam people who are unaware thinking these are new products. There prices are not they great.

Always a treat to visit this little store, for us small appliance and kitchen gadget junkies. Bargains to be had here - sometimes refurbs, sometimes brand new. And they're helpful about ordering parts for small appliances that you already own that need fixing.
