They send 3 men (Chris, Barry, Terry), upon arrival one of the man made me sign the "order" without explaining to me. In a hurry to move, I signed the paper. The 3 men moved quickly without much care, walls were scraped, and furniture were scratched. Worth of all, they broke my glass dinning table. Chris took the base and promised to replace the glass the top. They were in a hurry to leave, so he signed his name on a note indicating the table was broken (not on the order). I call the office numerous times and talked to the owner Terry - the woman is the rudest person I have ever talked to. He first indicated that she haven't spoke to Chris yet, then claimed Chris no longer works there. She cannot find my base after I faxed a picture to her, then claimed that the base has been thrown away. Terry indicated that I did not purchase insurance, I said I only hired them because they are insured. She pointed to the "order" which only shows the total charges, then she indicated to me on the phone that she hand written onto the insurance line "extra with $500 deductable". I told her she cannot write something onto the order that was not there before. She claims the broken table is Chris' responsibility not the companies, and since she doesn't know where Chris is she is not responsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I AM OUT $500 if I want to replace the glass table.

When I called about the rates, they indicated that the cost would be $70 per/hour with insurance included. I stipulated that payment would be made by visa. The movers arrived on time and packed the truck in a record 45 mins. The problems began in my new residence. First, one of the movers requested that I pay half cash and the rest on the credit card. They also requested to use my cell phone. After the 6th time, I became a bit annoyed. They were using it to inquire about future moving jobs for the day as well as a means of authorizing my credit card! Also, when the mover was filling out the visa receipt, he aggressively indicated that I could give him a tip. When I did not respond to his request he stated "did you hear what I said to you?!". As a single woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I did not end up giving the movers a tip nor did I succumb to his half cash/half visa request. After they left, I noticed huge hand prints (black) all over my couch. They did not cover the couch when they moved it and, as a result, soiled every area where their hands touched. I called the company 3 times and on the 4th call the owner was aggressive, called me a liar and stated that I was "trying to pull a fast one". She refused to pay for any cleaning costs. My couch was 4 months old and came directly from the manufacturer. She stated that her movers would never damage anything and that the couch was already dirty before the move. Overall, I would strongly advise not to hire this company
