This is a "REAL" review written by a real client. I have used this company 3 times in my life. Each time for a different location. Each time I vow to never use them again. Stupidly I figure time will fix the inadequacies. I have been wrong 100% of the time. They are not thorough. They do not communicate well. Partly due to language barrier and partly due to simple and oblivious disregard. The job each time has been so poor I have had to ask for entire rooms to be re-done. I had to ask during the most recent time if a room had even been entered let alone cleaned. Corners were not vacuumed, counters not wiped nor dusted. nothing on bathroom counters even moved much less wiped down. An example would be my toothbrush holder. Wasn't moved at all. The dust line around the cup remained when the cleaners left. There was a puddle of water left in my master bathroom with dirt and hair that didn't even belong to my household let alone me or my husband. Not a hint of a clean smell anywhere. They attempted to wash my wood floors by dumping dirty water on them.. which thank god I stopped. I could continue but I will not. I will strongly urge you to spend a few more dollars and go with any other company. I have learned finally that saving a few dollars won't help if I have to turn around and do it myself anyhow. My best friend also hates these guys. It's just bad all around. I tried, I used them 3 times. Always different people. I have not been happy. I highly doubt you will be.
