Our oven igniter needed to be replaced. Brian came by and replaced it within 20 minutes. He was super pleasant and we will definitely call Amann Appliance in the future for all repairs and request Brian.

Firstly, I want to state that I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to, due to the negative reviews on Google. I had an extremely pleasant experience, from the first call, to the execution of the repair. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, not to mention, kindness. Brian was able to identify and fix the issue with my dishwasher on the spot. If there’s any further issues with any of my appliances, I won’t hesitate to call. Thanks, Amann/Brian!

Last year, 2016, we had a brand new Bosch dishwasher installed by another company contracted to Sears. This August, I awoke to a kitchen awash in water. I called Amann to repair the machine which had NOT been properly installed the other company. The technician for Amann, Brian, was very thorough. He looked at the whole situation and was able to determine that the dishwasher had been sitting on the tubing and the electric wire all along. Luckily, we still had a warranty for the machine. Brian ordered the necessary parts and made a second trip out to the house to install them. He worked extremely hard at ensuring that our diswasher was positioned correctly and fully operational. While working he made sure that I was able to see and understand what he was doing. I really appreciated the time and care that was taken to make sure that we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company.

I was quoted $109 + tax for service call AND repair. Tech showed up turned my stove on said it wasn't broken, left and I was charged $123.17. Bad service! I Don't reccomend! I called to voice my concern leaving a voicemail they went ahead and charged my credit card without even calling me back to discuss. I was charged 109$ + tax for the man to turn the burner on and back off! This is a very crooked business! The stove is old had I have known they were going to be so ridiculous I would have saved my $123.17 and put it towards a new stove!

Stay away from these guys! Booked for a 9-noon appt. Rushed my daughter to school and back home in time for 9am. The service guy call around 9:20 saying he would be here closer to noon. At 12:30pm - no guy. I called the office, lady answering was rude as rude could be and told me not to expect him until 2pm. I was shocked having stayed home from work and this was their response. Their excuse was the weather - which I get but someone could have called because that window of service time that was booked almost a week ago is way off. I asked to speak to manager - he was more rude than the lady booking the calls. It was all my fault that I didn't understand that people get behind and that his people...don't fly helicopters. What kind of a response is that to give to a customer? Further more, this manager said that he was going to cancel my service call entirely. He didn't care that I had a pick up of my old dishwasher scheduled for the next day ( he was well aware of hti fact when I booked the service call). Amann hung up on me. Left me in a mess of rescheduling with someone else in less than a day. Brutal service.

We've got a water leak from our Bosch dishwasher recently. Could not find the model number anywhere around the door of the dishwasher. Called one service company, but I was told no model number no service. I was very disappointed. However, when I contacted Amann Appliance Services & Parts, they said they can send technician to come and take a look. We are very happy that the technician is very professional and fixed the problem with a very reasonable price. We are very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend Amann Appliance to any people looking for fixing their dishwasher problem.

Brian was fantastic, came to service my dishwasher under warranty. Quick, efficient, friendly and most important honest! Would call them back in a heartbeat. Excellent company to do business with!

Gas dryer not providing heat. Firstly, I had to rebook from an earlier time and they were very happy to work with me. When the technician showed up, he was on time and worked as quietly as he could, as I had indicated my husband was going to be asleep when I originally booked the service repair - that there shows they care, I was very impressed they took note of this detail to pass along on the work order. Fixing the dryer was a cinch, apparently a solenoid connection had just gotten loose, which likely happened when a warranty repair was performed on in previously for the exact same issue (no heat) not too long ago. Since the machine was no longer under warranty I sought out a repair service that 1-answered the phone when I called, 2-had a technician available to come as soon as possible (not "next week sometime" as with a couple of others I called), and 3-in all seriousness, just a gut feeling. I'm glad I made this call; they were responsive, honest and although it appeared it was just the solenoid connection, the tech also checked other things like wires and other connections, just in case. I was only charged for the call-out which I was more than happy to pay for. Very happy with Amann Appliance Service & Parts (& of course, Brain, the tech who fixed our dryer for us) :-)

This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble and now it is off warranty. Not sure how much it is going to cost to fix but the fellow from Amann was quick to come out and explain the problem. Same day service. Hoping he can get the part just as quick.
