Our roof never leaked before; we had it replaced because the shingles were getting old. With the new roof by Alpine, we've been having leaks in numerous places. Alpine responded quickly during our last two calls-- only to says- it's been fix and whoever did the eaves did a bad job and messed the roof up. We discover more leaks at a later time and the cycle goes on. Now the flat roof portion is leaking. They refused to fix it without additional payment. They want payment to fix a mess they caused to begin with.
When we replaced the eavestrough, a lot of nails from the roof had to be cleaned up. I'm still picking up nails to this day!
When you see a lot of Alpine service truck in the city; it's because they have to keep coming back to fix their mess. Avoid this company.
