We had some of the windows in our home changed to shutters a few years ago and decided to do the remaining windows this spring. My experience, on both occasions from our sales rep Ryan who is extremely knowledgeable and handled even the smallest details to the installers who came to put in the shutters, I would highly recommend the company to anyone considering shutters.

He looked over our windows, asked us for what we were interested in, and made a few suggestions, one of which he said would be perfect. We went with his suggestion, and are glad we did. Ryan the owner came to my home and took all the measurements for the shutters. It was the first time we had ever had them. I was unsure about having shutters, but Ryan explained the different styles and uses of varying shades/shutters based on our requirements and the different lighting needs of the rooms. He showed me samples of styles and colours. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his products.
Based on his information we decided to go ahead. Our house had no window coverings at all as we had just moved there. Time was very important to us. Once we had agreed to go ahead Ryan got his superb installers in to fit the windows within our tight schedule. The guys were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. If you want a knowledgeable, professional and value for money job done for shutters or blinds, I can recommend Allure Decor - a great company to go for (and I am very choosy!).

My experience with Allure Window Decor was excellent, from beginning to end. Ryan was able to accommodate our busy schedule to measure the windows. He was extremely professional and helped us narrow down the wide scope of choices to a select few that were well within our budget. The blinds and rollers arrived much earlier than we expected which was a nice surprise as they arrived just before the holidays. The gentlemen that installed the blinds/rollers were extremely punctual, professional and sweet. I am very happy with the service and product. Ryan is awesome and so customer focused!
