This review is long overdue. I was in the market for window coverings for my entire home. I knew that I wanted something durable and stylish, but I didn't want to break the bank. A couple of friends recommended I contact Ryan at Allure Window Decor and I am so glad I did. From the first phone call he was so accommodating. He came early one morning for a consultation, brought all his fabrics and options, took a look at the house, listened to what we were looking for and made a recommendation. He could very easily have tried to sell me the most expensive shades on the market, but instead he recommended something just as stylish and just as good quality but for a fraction of the cost.

The shades came in so quickly and Ryan arranged to have them installed. The gentlemen who came to install the shades were just as professional as Ryan. They were so nice and friendly.

We ended up having a little issue with one of the shades, but Ryan was able to contact the manufacturer while on vacation and get it resolved for me. He did not have to go out of his way to deal with this while he was on a family vacation, but he did so without complaints.

The level of customer service was incredible and I get compliments on my shades from everyone who sees them.

Ryan provided an outstanding service from the start to the finish of the project. Ryan helped us out pick different window coverings to our new house and picking the perfect colour of roller shades for the main floor that matched perfectly the rest of the colour schemes we had in the house. For the second floor he advised of shutters. The quality of the shutters and the roller shades are superb. We have been long standing clients of Allure windows and would never attempt to try another provider as we trust Ryan so much. I did my research and found that Ryan was the most professional, straightforward and informative person i had interacted with during my search for shutters and blinds for my 25 windows. He entertained my out of norm requests and ideas and patiently discussed all options. All items were installed on the promised date as per the agreed design and details by a couple of detail-oriented and meticulous professionals. Allure came through a recommendation and we couldn't be happier we went with them. We recently moved into a new house with more windows than walls (literally), so the blinds was a huge investment. Ryan came by for the initial consultation and working with him was an absolute pleasure. You can tell right away that he had our interest in mind over just being another sales person trying to sell you their product. He showed us options based on our taste and budget and made it a very easy decision. He also shared ideas that ended up saving us money instead of just trying to sell us more shades. Once we placed the order, the installer who came to make measurements and did the install were just as great and we are extremely happy with our choice. Honestly, if you need shades/blinds, don't even think twice and go with these guys.
