I met Sal at a renovation show- The display caught my attention. I like the look of shutters but bifolds are not an option for me. Allure had a sliding shutter (Eclipse) suitable for my sliding patio door. Sal came for the estimate and showed me the most suitable option to let in the most light with the most esthetics (hidden gears). I asked for quote on some windows while he was here-once again explaining best options- and no pushy sales talk! He took extra care in measuring ( one window was a challenge due to location of kitchen tap- but he came up with a brilliant solution). I ended up getting the door and five windows! We set the delivery date- as it got close he alerted to me that there may be a delay ( of about two hours, not days!) but turns out everything was ready on time. Installer Giorgio was excellent- he was able to hide a problem with my uneven floors so the doors looked perfect! I am very satisfied with the product and Allure Window Decor's team of professionals. I have already referred them to a friend.
